The modern machinery, ensure accurate separation of oil from the water, residue of squeezing.
In this way it is obteined an oil delicate on the palate, characterized by a color like as yellow reflection, tipical of the extra virgin olive of our lands.
Our production of extra virgin olive oil is kept in special stainless steel tanks at a temperature appropriate and controlled.
It is important to show for the proper conservation of extra virgin olive oil, it is necessary that the same is kept away from light and temperature about 18 ° C.
